Claus Riis Østergaard
Claus graduated from The Danish National Film School in Odense in 1999 and since then he have had a very prosperous career, especially at Odense Theatre where his great talent was quickly discovered and he was contracted to stay on as one of their main actors.

That same year Claus had his debut in “Hamlet” at Odense Theatre and has since been praised for his performances in ”Guitaristerne”, ”Who’s Afraid of Virginia Woolf”, ”Kærlighedens Farve”, ”Først Bli’r Man jo Født”, ”Primadonnaer på Prøve”, ”During the Night”, ”Indenfor Murerne”, ”Nicholas Nickleby”, ”Martin Guerre” and ”The Three Musketeers”.

Claus got his brake through on the big screen in Ole Christian Madsen’s feature film “Angels in fast Motion” where he delivers a spectacular performance in the role of Allan. He’s also had leading parts in films and television series, such as: ”Cecilie”, ”Lille Mænsk”, ”Skjulte Spor”, ”Noget for noget”, ”The Crime” and ”Sommer” where he’s continued to prove what an outstanding and nuanced actor he is.
